Hi,im just lookimg for advice please.has anyine else tsken citrol?
I started taking it because i had social anxiety, got thrm from my gp along with xanax to cope through the first few weeks side effects.
Experienced high anxiety from the get go but just took a half of xanax whenever i badly needed it to get me through.my doctor had told me to take 3 xanax a day but i didnt want to become addicted do i took as little as possible.
    Anyway.
I managed to get to week 4 and forgot to take my citrol for 2 nights in a row as i work till 4 in the morning and simply fell asleep without realising.
I took my next one on thr third day and then one thr day after that.
I now have absolute extreme anxiety on and off, have now got very bad depression and suicidal thoughts(the constant high anxiety, derealization, depersonalization) making it so hard to get by each day.
How long will it be before my citrol kicks back in?
Do i have to wait 4 weeks like starting off again?

I'm very sorry, but discussion of dosages is medical advice and isn't allowed on boards. Please ring your GP practice or your pharmacist to discuss and get the correct advice
