23 x 650 GP4000s II tyre free to good home

Does anybody need/want a free 23 x 650 conti GP4000s II tyre? Not 100% sure where I got it from as it doesn’t fit any of my wheels.
Note: this is a 650mm tyre not the more common 700mm size.
It is brand new and still has the rubber hairs on it.
I live and work in NCD so it’s probably a collection item, but I am willing to be flexible.

I am also looking for an out-front Garmin Edge mount if anyone has one they are looking to sell.

If you're sure the size will fit then you're welcome to it. I can post it as soon as you pm me an address to send it. It is one tyre, and it is a folding one
