I have been a customer of Europasat for 2 months now and have an absolutely appalling experience so far, without getting into the nitty gritty. I'm just wondering if anyone else has had problems with them in relation to over-charging, bring falsely sold the service, having conditions of usage not disclosed and general bad customer service? There is very little in the way of genuine reviews online and I can't be the only one receiving such shocking service

satellite broadband is generally awfull and expensive. Is there not another option in your area, even Imagine LTE or normal 4g wireless mobile broadband? Anything is better than satellite.

a long shot but have you tried looking at the fibrerollout website to see if there is anything available to you? http://fibrerollout.ie/

The latency on my connection is about 11ms, yours will be 300ms at best. Physics doesnt allow it to be faster. Will always be rubbish.

I would be very careful with this outfit, way over charging and terrible customer service.
They dont pay installation engineers on time, I am waiting over 4 weeks now for payments for work I have done.
I know a customer here who have no service for weeks and cant get it sorted
Stay well clear they will break your patience

thanks for the heads up . I was considering offering this to customers who have no other way of getting broadband (even 3G /4G). Will steer clear.
