PM me if you require further info

Most dealers are selling UK cars these days including main dealers. With the exchange rate so good it's a lucrative business for them.

A legitimate dealer will take care of all the import paperwork such as VRT, etc too and the price to a customer should include VRT.

I wonder if they come in much cheaper or do the dealers just take a bigger cut.

Depends on the number of cars they are bringing in and where they are sourcing them. Fleet auctions seem to be the place where prices are cheapest so if they are bringing them in by the transporter load then obviously they are going to buy them at a lower price than an individual would just buying one car. The larger branded dealers have probably setup contacts with their UK dealer counterparts to source cars from them. There is definitely money in it for them even after taking into account the cost of shipping, prepping the cars for resale and putting a warranty on them, otherwise they wouldn't be doing it.

    Pauric Connolly Cars in Longford.
I couldn't recommend him highly enough, great quality cars and fantastic after care.
I've sent multiple people to him and they all came back and thanked me.

Would you not consider doing the deed yourself? :-)
