Mini roundabout query - who has right of way

In a place not too far from me there is a mini roundabout on the junction of a major and a minor road. Please see the picture for reference.

If the red car arrives at the junction at the same time as the blue car, who has priority?

The red car is to the right of the blue car therefore the red car has priority according to roundabout rules but the blue car is on a more major road than the red car, therefore the blue car has priority according to that rule. Which rule takes precedence? Does the roundabout rule overrule the major / minor road?

Red one has priority, doesn't matter how big either road is.

Red car would have priority. Thats the whole purpose of the roundabout at the junction.

All roads entering a roundabout have equal status so normal roundabout rules apply. Yield to the cars on your right. Red car has priority.

That's what I suspected, otherwise the purpose of the roundabout is defeated.

The amount of times I've taken my right of way only to be blasted out of it with the horn and given fingers. I just wanted to be sure.

Most people drive over the paint anyway.

Cadburys to Northside has a few of these and no-one told the locals about the roundabout rules... Que fingers, beeping, flashing.. doesn't matter that you're in the right!!

Many irish people cannot use roundabouts (the ROTR doesn't help) and you will find that you're better off assuming another person will do something wrong/stupid than be right and filling out a claim form.
