    Hi,

I switched from Eir to Sky last week for phone and broadband after receiving a letter indicating there would be a price increase in the package I was on. The changeover happened on the 12th October. I phoned up Eir in advance on 6th October to notify them I would be switching. Could you let me know when I can expect my final bill and what the amount will be? And should I receive some information on how to return the Eir modem?

I am in a similar situation as I have switched to Sky. I understand I need to return the modem but I never received the address to return it. Could you advice? Alternatively could I be permitted to return the modem in person to an Eir outlet in Limerick?

    Hi MichaelR,

Thanks for contacting us here today.

    I'm sorry to hear this.

I'm afraid the modem would need to be returned to our free post address, we don't have a walk-in service, unfortunately.
The address to send it back to is - eir returns, PO BOX 12726, Freepost, Dublin 11.

    Thanks

    Tracey
