I have an issue where at the back of my garden boundary there was a single leaf block wall built by a developer ( since gone bust)
As you can see in the images, over a 2 year period its moved over an inch due no doubt to the end of my garden settling I would imagine as it slopes down to it. Its over 8ft high on the other side of it.
The land is now owned by the Council and I think they will be developing it for housing.

I will approach them and advise them of the stability of this wall but i'm wondering if they will blame my garden for this issue....
