Buying clothes in china, anyone got any experience on sizes?

    Hey guys,

    I'm in China, and have to get some football jerseys. However, I can make head nor tail of the local measurements.

    I'm an M size in football jerseys in Irish sizes, does anyone know if it would be safe to say I'm an L by Chinese standards?

    Without wanting to be dismissive of your question, if you're there can you not go try on a few and find out what fits?
    If ordering online, I'd fully sympathise with the confusion

    Myself my girlfirend got me t shirts when she was in Hong Kong the start of the year.

    I wear a small man's in Ireland. She got me a XL and it fits perfect on me.

    I am 6ft so all depends on hight as well for the length of the t shirt
