Use this thread to post any outages of transmitters nationwide, of which there will likely be many especially localised relays.

Here's hoping there's no structural damage to the Longwave 252 mast either.

Heard that Radio Kerry from Mullaghanish (97.0) was off for several hours yesterday (Sunday) and was back with reduced power sometime after 3PM
BTW the main towns in Kerry are covered by other transmitters for Radio Kerry and would be unaffected by Mullaghanish being off

Seems to be back to full power now as I could receive it clearly in Limerick last night.

96.6 Killarney rebroadcasts 97.0, not sure if 97.6 Dingle does also

252 dropped for a couple of seconds during the traffic report a few minutes ago. Been fine otherwise.

ESB outages have put the following transmitters off the air:

Bantry, Mitchelstown, Timoleague, Drimoleague, Clonakilty, Crosshaven, Fermoy, Kinsale, Glanmire, Leap, Rosscarbery and Ferrypoint.

If that outage was Sunday it wasn’t due to storm, may have preparations.

Killarney relays Knockmoyle 97.2 and would be unaffected by outage at Mullaghanish.

Spirit Radio returned in Cork city (90.9) yesterday Friday.

The transmitter had come back on Wednesday but with just a silent carrier, I assume the Sat dish needed to be realigned.

I don't know if its storm related but Spirits 549 is off again.
I only checked today so don't know for how long its been off.

What's that racket on 549 now (Sunday night)? Doesn't sound like Spirit Radio to me.

Algeria. Confirmed by cross reference with 531 kHz.
