    I have one. Size 56/58 (XL) it's made by Wahler if I recall, it has two chest pockets, to lower front pockets, two side pockets, one "poachers" pocket on the back, two fore arm pockets and two upper arm pockets with wired hood and loops for scrim all over it. It's the real deal, I traded a Bundeswehr Fallschirmjager Sgt Major for it. Its in very good condition and a hard to get size, so not cheap. €150

    Hi, had a look at the German sizing and a 56-58 would be too big I'd be more looking for a 46-48.

    No problem. I don't think there is a Bundeswehr size 46-48 though, the only sizes I am familiar with are 44-46 (small), 48-50 (medium), 52-54 (large), 56-58 (extra large) and 60-62 (extra extra large) these sizes can also have a third number added to the sizing, like 56-58-60, this is extra large long.
    Unless you want a small or a medium delivered be careful what size you order as you said you were looking for a large or extra large.

    Thanks for the info, I looked at a few sizing charts and quite a few give different size conversions. Do you mind my asking what size you are and how the jacket fits you?

    I usually wear a size XL in US MCCUU or ACU uniforms, or plain shirts and t-shirts. I'm 194cm tall and 116cm chest.
    Fit is perfect, I can wear just a Helly Hansen or Carinthia MIG/HIG comfortably under it.
