WALKER TV 32WPS3297 missing Channel 4

    Just wondered if anyone else out there had any similar experience to me with this tv with a built in satellite tuner.

    I was setting up this tv and noticed that there was no Channel 4 or Film4 stations. I checked out a few transponder such as 10714.25 H and 11127.00 V and they both gave a signal quality of just 24%.

    I'm pretty sure its a problem with the TV because I checked the same satellite outlet against a working satellite box, and it worked fine.

    I had a similar problem, scan encrypted channels on that transponder and you should find it.

    What model Tv was that? There was no choice to scan encrypted channels that I can remember on this model. Thanks for your quick reply btw. I'ii check it out anyway thanks. I think my problem has more to do with the apparently very weak signal quality on certain transponders.

    channel 4 is on 10714.H.22000 channel 4 hd is on 11126.v.22000
    film 4 10714.H.22000 the same as channel 4

    Same problem here. Perfect result on STB but CH 4 and others in same group missing. TV shows signal strength 74% and quality 24%. With signal strength meter on same transponder I get strength 74% and quality 100%. It has to be a TV tuner problem. And yes I also tried a full scan to include encripted channels with same stations missing. I have previously had this problem with a dodgy LNB but this time I have tried three without success.
