Gas fireplace not lighting

We have a gas fireplace in our living room and recently the ignition / pilot light (?) stopped working. It's one of those systems where you depress a knob to light the ignition, wait until it's glowing, then turn the knob to start the flow of gas. Gas is still flowing, just not lighting

I've no idea how big a deal this is to fix. Who do I talk to?

As you will know, but I’ll mention it for safety anyway, be very careful with it until properly repaired.

Contact RGII to see if you can get somebody to look at it.

Will definitely do that. Can anyone here give me an idea of the potential cost to repair?
