Rental Schemes?

    Hey everyone, I am not sure if anyone here can provide me with information regarding entitlements for various rent assistance, I am currently living with my parents in a city council house, I have applied for city council housing but was declined as there is room available (this being me and my daughter sharing the smallest room in the house), I work part time 20 hours per week and I wish to move out as I need space. Before I do that I want to know with me being declined housing by the council with the income I am on which is 400 a week lone parent including wages and FIS, considering I don't even have a medical card, would I be entitled to any rental schemes.
    Any answers would be appreciated.
