    Hi Guys,
a warning light was showing up on my skoda dash, which the main dealer identified as a faulty air quality sensor. The price to replace this is 110 euro less labour. This seems a bit ott for something no larger than one's thumb! Or are Skoda this expensive? Thanks in advance.

Just because the item is physically small, doesn't mean it's cheap to replace. An iPhone X is only around 5 inches long and they're €1000.

Main dealers are not the cheapest place to repair, that's surely common knowledge at this point. If the car is already there is still fix it with them, I doubt you'd save enough to compensate for the time and hassle of taking it away, particularly as the will charge you a diagnostic fee now.

Sorry its €110 including labor or plus labor ??

Skoda wouldn't have a reputation for begin expensive for parts.. I know back in the day the same parts were sometimes cheaper from Seat but bot sure about now.

To be honest if its €110 incl labor from a dealer that is cheap..

If the air temperature sensor is integrated into the mass air flow meter then €110 would be a reasonable price for a genuine replacement part as they are not serviceable separately.
