Good quality printing for a portfolio book?

Hey, so I'm an architecture graduate and I'm looking to make a portfolio book for myself. I was looking on Blurb but the only binding type that shows up for me is a perfect bind and I'd prefer a saddle-stitch if I could just to allow some images over two pages. Also the delivery costs seem a bit high. I found this website https://www.digitalprintingireland.ie but I don't know what it's like to print from. Anybody have any experience printing with them? Or know any alternative to it?

Apologies if this might not be the right place for this thread. Just thought that people interested in photography might have experience printing such a book to display their work.

    Thanks.
