Sweat Spots?

    Hi guys

Started working out again over a month ago after a 3 month break due to travelling - weight remained the same, diet didn't change, only change was I wasn't working out.

Since I've recommenced hitting the weights daily, I've noticed a lot of spots on my neck and face (mostly on my nose and cheeks)

I eat clean 100% of the time, no takeaways, greasy food, sweets, crisps or confectionary, and haven't drank in over a month yet these spots have appeared.

Is it due to sweat and what can I do to stop them?

    Thanks :)

Do you shower and then change into clean clothes straight after every session? The colder/darker weather may contribute also.

I work out at home - 90% of the time I'll change my clothes and throw cold water on my face and neck - rarely shower straight after a work out
