    Not a question, but would just like to say thanks to Kenny and in particular to John for some help with an order I placed recently. I had some problems with a payment going through, and John could not have been more helpful in getting everything sorted for me.

    It is always nice to see that good customer service isn't dead in this age of web orders! I would heartily recommend Richer Sounds to anyone and i'll definitely be back to them in the future.

    many thanks - and what you are saying is that it was really sort-of our screw-up in the first instance!

    Really appreciate the post - we honestly do try to personalise our web order process ( and we are in the midst of improving our site and order processing) so its really nice to hear that we get it right sometimes!

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
