    Hi guys,

So got clamped a while back.

Thought i paid parking through an app and off i went. Came back to the car to discovered I was clamped. Was very confused as I got a notification of payment from the app but no email/text confirmation of paking details and the money went through the account.

Appealed to the company who came back and rejected the appeal saying i put in the wrong date. Which I dispute tbh as there were issues with the app( was told this by the person who took the clamp off) and the parking wasn't displaying is the paid parking section of the app so even if it appearred there when checked I could have paid again for the correct date. Even if i did input the wrong date surely common sense would show it is a genuine mistake that anyone can make when in a rush. I still paid in good faith

Said I could appeal the the new Clamping Regulation Section in the NTA that is active as off the 1st of October.

Any anyone heard of the Clamping Regulation Section ?
Does anyone think i have a chance in getting anything back by appealling through them?

The NTA Clamping Regulation Section only came into operation 5 days ago so nobody knows.

Anyway fill out this form and start your appeal.

Also more information on the NTAs CRS and the appeals procedure here.
