"Switched" vs "Unswitched" lights

    In the process of buying bathroom lights. Can anyone tell me the difference between "Unswitched" and "Switched" wall lights?

    The unswitched ones will turn on and off at light switch. Switched will have a switch in the fitting, like a study lamp
