    I think I have every thing in check. 1. Completed D201. 2. Current learner permit. 3. PPSN . 4. Proof of pending driving test 5. Proof of new address 6.Fee 35 euro

    It also says I need a completed CPC and NDLS Medical form , if required . How am I supposed to know if I require them or not ?

    If you're just looking to renew a car or motorcycle learner permit you won't need CPC as this pertains to buses and trucks only.

    For a medical report you would need to be over 70, seeking a bus or truck learner permit or have answered yes to any of the driver fitness questions (except the corrective lenses question) or a medical report which now declares you healthy having declared a medical condition in the past....
