As a group they wouldn't have lasted the week without Ant. The "alpha" guy lacks any sort of leadership skills, none of them look like they have ever led a project of any sort & they all seem to be pretty poor communicators.

I have one part to talk about but you haven't seen it yet so I'll pop back in a bit.

So when Ant asked the "alpha" moron about what would be wrong if the fuel was not the issue. The guy couldn't countenance anything beyond fuel & as the nigerian girl suspected it was the spark plugs. It showed a complete lack of either respect or logical thinking. Or it could be the guy is just a spoofer.

I agree with you there. he was to confident in his decision to even have a back up plan

also that carry on with the water.

Oh god, that was very ****ing stupid of them.

The premise of the show is good but can see it lacking the appeal of Mutiny or SAS Who Dares Wins.

from the add I thought it was going to be great.

they pretty much ignored all the normal survival things like shelter(I know the plane was there) conserving food, water, heat, finding best route out, signalling etc.

I don't think I will watch it again. it has the whole blow everything out of proportion and edit to their target audience.

all that about the child is just put in for the show. everybody has some reason like that , leave it out its irrelevant
they scripted and manipulated the edit against your man . it was about him being an ass towards louren . all he asked her to do was go get a strap , at the time she was standing there doing nothing
shown him disagreeing with the Nigerian woman

then at the end its all about him having to better himself and deal with his short comings. while others were reinforcing how well they thought they did even though the programme showed them doing nothing only bitching and moaning

it strikes me as a programme that has been designed so that it can be put on the likes of google box for the 'celebs' to laugh and comment on

I don't think Ant was too impressed at her work ethic The show would be better without him telling the group what to do every week but then someone would probably be killed or seriously injured if he wasn't there overseeing health and safety.

Just seen the end of it. Wanted to know what happens when they don,t make it. Now I know and so does anyone else that seen it. Looked like a good episode. Am recording it Wednesday night as did not get to see it all yesterday.

Seemed a bit less whining this week than last, but looking at next week's trailer, the Ant v the Lazy Engineer trope is getting a bit overused.

So just watched this weeks show. I think they were just unlucky and that saying they were all useless is harsh. It was a hard one the hardest so far. The other two shows looked very easy compared to this one. See the mosquito bits on that women's leg and back not nice. I think if there boat man had of been there they might have made it but he injured himself because he was doing something he should not have been doing. You don,t put your most valuable asset in harms way or in the middle of the board where it can be attacked easily. Ed should have been up there doing it and no need to cry when some one shouts at him is he a kid or a grown man ffs. A pity he did not suggest removing the inner panelling earlier. As for the pump not working that was unfortunate. Anyone here know why it might not have been working? I thought it was because the motorbike engine was not fast enough myself but then he upped the speed and still no luck maybe it just was not powerful enough or the pump was the wrong way round maybe.

They were going to use the tanks they took off the other vehicles for buoyancy to make it float but I agree it having 3 sides was not great and thought that as well when I seen it first
The drill came from the fire engine Id say.
