Anyone know where I could get a one-off (or maybe two) rash guards done (here or in the UK)? I've been on to Subguard, but want to try another few options.

Subguards are probably your best bet.
Cruz Combat in the states.
Or taking a punt on a chinese factory

Haga will likely do them for you.

They did one off shorts for me. Although they are based in Guam they ship to Ireland and a few guys in our gym have had personalised stuff done for them.
