    hey all
    i am currently on receipt of social welfare and was wondering about control room security where you sit in an office and monitor cameras fill in reports and go for the odd walk ,

    what is the name of this course and where can i get my certs for it

    Get your PSA licence. If you want control room work. Take a look a look at the big multinationals operating here within the sector. Be prepared to do site work first before you get in to the control room or monitoring centre.

    As JillyQ said above. Take time to learn the company, the industry and the people before looking for control room ops. Long lonely shifts in there.
