Caught shoplifting - first offence

    I was in penneys in 2013 and was caught shoplifting. The gaurds were called and after admitting my guilt they let me leave the store and advised me that the superintendent would be in touch. I never heard anything at all. My question is, I need to get a garda vetting form for a job - will this incident be listed on the results.
    I was very remorseful and have honestly learned my lesson completely. I would never and have never stolen anything again.
