They're size 44 and would be a smidgen smaller than Shimano 44's and roughly the same size as 45 in Mavic shoes. These are slightly narrower than the rest of the Diadora shoe range for some reason (I have 3 other pairs of Diadora shoes to compare).

Cleats not included.
