Recommend insulation installer for old house

Hi - we're looking to improve our insulation.

Primarily we want to sort out our floating floors downstairs which are very draughty. Ideally by lifting boards, fitting insulation, airtight membrane, tape & staple.

Probably will also go for dry lining external walls, and review what is in the attic to make sure it is up to scratch.

We have hip roof in the upstairs rooms, so will need to think about how to address insulation requirements where there is effectively no space above the ceiline at the hip for insulation. Only 2 rooms, on the return, are unduly affected by this, i.e. the ceiling height is too low to take much height out of the room, the rest of the rooms have nice high ceilings so not an issue.

So I am looking for recommendations for installers or experts to help us select the right materials and then do the work. Has anyone gone down this road at all, particularly getting a good job done on the underfloor?

We also need to re-wire but I am undecided as to whether to put this off as we're hoping to do an extension in the next few years, though I'm loathe to do the insulation work without doing the re-wire as I think there are some gains to be had by doing the two together.

We also need to do some chimney maintenance - caps, cowls, re-line one, pointing.

Ideally I could get a single contractor to do all the work.

Recommendations need to be by PM as far as I understand, I'd appreciate recommendations for the insulation piece in particular.

    Thanks.
