I'm in a house at the moment with a lovely new ftth connection speeding along at circa 140Mb with the tv service going aswell

However their smart dns which worked perfectly on the old dsl modem won't work at all with the f2000 on ftth

I've put in the dns settings for getflix (the one they're using) and updated the IP address when logged in yet no joy

It's working fine on a three phone hotspot (and on Imagine up the road at my house in non ftth land))

The F2000 B036 firmware update has started going out.

It contains some bug fixes and an improvement for Static IPv6 DNS related to "smart" DNS services.

B035 firmware only lets Static IPv4 DNS servers be manually specified in the WAN settings. So if the modem has dual-stack enabled the DNS proxy will still have the ISP IPv6 DNS servers in its list of servers to forward queries to.
B036 also lets Static IPv6 servers be specified.
e.g. This is needed when using the F2000 DNS proxy together with OpenDNS parental controls.

B036 also fixes a bug in the DNS proxy which delays some clients making queries to it. It also fixes a bug with not being able to connect to the webgui and a bug with updating the Internet Settings tab when the previous tab was the Maintain tab.

Sorry for going off topic but does it mention anything about a fix for the 2.4GHz band dropping out?
