I read here in the sticks, that DCC want to ban breeds on the restricted list from their parks/estates and any not re homed dogs will be PTS. Is this true or another brain fart from a council in response to the anti dog brigade?

I saw that FB the other day too - the article was 10 years old though lol and the page I saw it on deleted their post!
