Bmw dvd/navigation headunit repair company?

Hi, The headunit on my 09 BMW 520d is not working properly - will not accept the dvd which contains navigation maps. I suspect the laser to be faulty. Are there any good companies who troubleshoot dvd headunit around? Nothing definite coming up on Google search.

A guy on here called BMstuff does all the mapping and audio upgrades for them. Top quality installs and very professional looking. Drop him a pm. Here's his website: http://www.germaniks.com/
