SkyHD Box Input 2 Signal

Noticed today with the wind although dish is not shaking to much that picture was breaking up and sometimes no satellite signal was being received.

This was happening on BBC, Channel 4, and TV3 as examples.

When I viewed signal details on those channels Input Signal 2 keeps dropping quality and sometimes strength to zero. Signal 1 never changes.

I noticed when browsing other channels e.g. Dave that there was no break-up and Signal 2 remained constant however if I changed back to the other channels break-up started again.

Could this be a loose connection or?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Could be loose connection or dish slightly misaligned. I'd check the connections first.

If you end up having to ring Sky just ask to speak with their retention department. Otherwise you will have to endure the call out spiel if you are out of warranty. When you speak with their retention team tell them that you are cancelling and they will give you the call out for free.
