    Hi, I currently have eir vision & all is working well. I have a second TV that is currently not being used. Is it possible to get eir vision on it in another room without buying a second box? I've tried ringing 18090260260 to find out more but was on hold for 15+ min.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for getting in touch. You would need to order a multi-room box in order to receive this service on another TV. Our multi-room boxes are €5 per month.

    I contacted customer services last month (Oct) & cancelled the multiroom.
    But I see I have been charged again this month for it (Nov)

    I've sent a PM with the details in the hope this can get sorted out as I've done as required.
    (Rang customer service & cancelled the multiroom)
