Surveyor Recommendation -Dublin

    Hi guys,

    I am looking for recommendations of an engineer to carry out a building survey of a house I am (hopefully) buying in the Dublin 7 area.

    A friend of mine got a terrible job done last year so I would love to get someone who comes recommended.

    I highly recommend Propertyhealthcheck.ie

    I just received my own report yesterday and it is extensively detailed. They arranged everything with the auctioneer and gave me a courtesy call after the survey to put my mind at ease/advise of any concerns. I received my full report yesterday (Friday, survey was Wednesday) by email (picture heavy to help explain their observations).

    I did my homework and the feedback on them has always been 5 stars.

    They were a bit pricey, however pay peanuts - get monkeys.
