Is it all businesses or are they doing apartments?

It seems to me that around the docklands it's about 3:1 offices to apartments. In suburbs it's mostly apartments. But again, nowhere near enough to make much of a dent in demand

Skyscraper city forums have detailed info on all that's being built in Dublin.
I love all the building going on, granted they should go higher, but there is a great buzz in the city no matter what all the whingers will tell you
