    Hi

Query in relation to a 23 year old just returned to full time education, what denefiits would they be entitled to? Had previously worked in McDoanlds for 1.5 years.

    Thanks all.

So you left your employment voluntarily and as you are not available for work or actively seeking work, you're not eligible for a jobseeker's payment.

Plus you're not eligible for BTEA as you weren't unemployed before going back to FTE.

So apart from a possible SUSI grant, you're probably not "entitled" to anything.

Im currently receiving Disability Allowance and my partner is currently receiving supplementary welfare allowance as they are awaiting a decision on an application for Disability Allowance also.
Now i know that if we are both in receipt of Disability Allowance our payments will Not be affected if we cohabit but my question is..
Will either of our payments ie; Disability Allowance and Supplementary welfare allowance be affected if we cohabit?
Or if were cohabiting would my partner be eligible for supplementary while awaiting a decision?
Any advice will be greatly appreciated! :-)

Same Application Form is used for both! So simply fill it in and leave it to them to decide!
