Im it in the throws on selling old home which was built 80 odd years ago , so basically zero planning , there is a folio number for the site with '1 property' on it , thats it.
The buyer's bank is looking for Cert of Compliance with any planning , what could I ask an Engineer to produce instead that would satisfy them as Im sure they need some undertaking by an engineer/architect that there is no issues with planning with the house as is.

I am meeting with solicitor soon so just wanted a bit of prior knowledge myself to help speed things up and make meeting more productive.
    Regards
    Roy

Engineer or architect will write you a letter.

You will get a basic cert of compliance to state the property was in existence prior to the planning act 1963 and building regulations.

    Nothing to worry about.
