Europlex identifier problems

    Just had a power outage.' Vrkd-v1.2. 000' on display beeping and flashing. System doesn't seem to respond when I try to enter usual code. Going bonkers. Similar story to other threads. We moved in to house and alarm came with same without manual.
    Any help would be much appreciated.

    Was the battery ever replaced in that control panel?

    You might have an issue here that the battery is flat and sucking power from the panel PCB.

    Not since we moved in. I know it was maybe due a change as lcd light indicated battery. Drivin me bonkers. Hopefully engineer can sort it. Just hoped there was a way of silencing the keypad.
    When power came back on outside went off for 20 mins then stopped and left with this issue.
    Prevention clearly better than cure!
    Appreciate your input.
