Cavity wall insulation - do we also need dry lining?

We are getting cavity wall insulation on one side of the house and dry lining on the other (only one side is suitable for pumping). Do we also need to get dry lining on the side which will be pumped?

We will also redecorate and put in some shelves/wardrobes so don't want to find out afterwards that the pumped beads are not enough.
