    Here's one to start with:

Why should others respect your dress sense if your clothes are freshly washed and aired? It still looks cr@p.[C

This makes absolutely no sense. Did you mean it the other way around, viz., "Why should others respect your dress sense if your clothes aren't freshly washed and aired?"

If we disagree and quickly get banned, would that just be a coincidence?

If someone owns a piece of land, do they own it all the way to the center of the earth?

Traditionally in land law, you'd own it from heaven to hell...

Oh, rhetorical questions? Never mind...as you were... :o

Who do you think you are?

Do you know who I am?

(If the person has dementia these may not be rhetorical though...)

I'm not a fan of rhetorical questions since I was a small boy in primary school.
The teacher was a Republican. One day he started off with -

"Who fears to speak of 'Ninety-eight'?
    Who blushes at the name?
When cowards mock the patriot's fate
Who hangs his head for shame?"

One boy thought he was being asked a question and said "I do".
The teacher battered him around the room.

If I measure one of my feet, and it is less than 12 inches, can it still be considered a foot?
