Internal insulation of external bedroom cavity walls

We bought a fixer upper almost 2 years ago. It's a 4 bed semi with converted garage. I spent the first year fixing the granny flat up and getting the rest of the house liveable. The biggest and only real issue now is the cold. The external walls (cavity block and a thin skim) aren't insulated and the 2 box rooms, each with 2 external walls are baltic. The rads are old and innefficient. One box room in particular is very cold and can see dampness on the walls and some small patches of mould I'm the corner where the 2 ext walls meet.

I'm planning on spending the next week off work to insulate all the bedrooms upstair (6 external walls), replacing rads and putting down new floors. The attic has been insulated previously so I'm focusing on walls and floors only. Doing the work myself with my brother's help. The plan is 60-70mm warmboard. As the coldest rooms are already quite small, i don't want to go too thick with the insulation. Is 58mm enough and will it make enough of a difference if I update the rads to good quality modern ones? What would be the best fixing method (plug nails, mushroom, batt, dop dab Etc) given the dampness of one of the walls and the insulation thickness concerns. Do i need vapour barrier boards? Any low profile high return rad recomendations? Would carpet trump laminate for warmth? Should i insulate floor also if planning to do insulation downstairs later?

Context: Old Cavity Wall House. Cold, and damp in one room. Insulating ext Walls.
    1. Is 58mm Insulated board enough on a damp box room external wall?
    2. What fixing should be used?
    3. Do I need a vapour barrier?
    4. Radiator recommendation for a small room?
    5. Carpet/Laminate?
    6. Insulate floor?
    7. Any Other recommendations?
