Hi does anyone know if Ulster Bank are doing tracker retention offers to buy new home? We have it since 2001 and reluctant to move as a result yet need to move to bigger home since kids have come. I know AIB are doing them but can't find any info on UB.

    Did you ring them?

I wasn't on the original mortgage. Had my own mortgage for my own house. I'd ring otherwise. Getting himself to ring is a nightmare 😄

I know people who have got a tracker retention deal when moving home with Ulster Bank.

You will need to get the person who's name the tracker is in to speak to Ulster Bank.
