    In relation to this procedure, what kind of scenarios would this apply?
    Non established customers of Irish suppliers would account for VAT on services on RC basis and on cross border supplies of goods.
    When therefore would they be charged Irish VAT that would need to be relieved as typically would be zero rated - Can only think of possibly VAT on warehousing or freight/delivery charges when sending goods into the State for onward supply.
