Hi All

I am currently thinking about purchasing a property that is currently Zoned Z4 - it is a garage behind a commercial property which I would be looking to use as a mews plot if that makes sense ? there is already some residential properties on the lane so I would have imagined that there would be a good possibility of gaining planning to level existing building and build a mews style residential property on the site.

has anyone had any experience in changing from Zone Z4 to Residential - did you have any issues ? any idea of costs involved ?
