D201 question eye exam

current eyesight report with your application.
I previously answered yes and gave my eye exam results. It's a little vague to whether I need to represent a current exam. If anyone knows the answer (I've tried google but no luck) please let me know

The only way you would need to give an eyesight report (or a medical report with the eyesight question answered) on renewal is if you had laser surgery (or some other circumstance where your eyesight had improved to the point) where you no longer needed glasses. As long as you're declaring you still need glasses, you don't need to provide a cert.0 -
