Which Estate Car or MPV to Buy with Fold Flat seats? Recommendations Sought

    Hello,
    I am considering buying a medium sized estate or MPV / People carrier. I would like something I could put a mountain bike into the back, Does anyone know if all the rear seats in the Opel Zafira fold flat? I know the last row fold down, but what about the second row of seats? Do they also fold down flat? Also considering an Astra or Ford Focus estate, can anyone tell me if the rear seats in these cars fold flat. Any other suitable suggestions for cars , mpv's, etc are welcome. Thanks in advance.

    I can recommend the VW Touran , I have the 5 seater and at that the boot is huge. With the back seats folded there is some serious room in the back.

    + 1 for the touran we've the 7 seater and the back two drop fully into the floor and you can drop the 3 in the middle row or take them out

    My brother has a honda F RV and it can drop the back 3 we've travelled in both of them with front wheel off on the bikes

    It is completely flat in 5008 and C4 grand Picasso.

    I've an Octavia estate... boot is massive and seats fold pretty much flat.

    New Zafira Tourer seats fold flat I've had 27.5" Mtb and a 24" and 20" wheel kids in back of mine with one middle row seat still up! . Older model seats does have a flat load area but only back seats fold looks like middle row slides forward might not have the length for a mtb with front wheels on.

    Previous car was a Mondeo mk4 estate seats fold perfectly flat you'd nearly fit a double mattress in it. Zafira is bigger volume wise but the mondeo was a much better shape. I could fit two road bikes in the boot with front wheels off with the back seats still up.

    You will fit a Mtb in nearly any hatchback that the rear seats can fold on. I fit three road bikes wheels on once in the back of a Skoda Fabia hatch and the seats in that didn't fold fully flat.
