    Anyone know what the hours are for a support engineer in SAP?

    Generally core hours are 10-3.30 Mon - Thursday
    10 - 2.30 Friday.

    You must be in these hours and you choose your hours around it, so you can start early and finish at 3.30,
    Start late and finish at 7,
    or do norm 9-5.

    This is subject to your LOB.
    But this is how most SAP LOB's work.

    It would be on the name of the job your interviewing,
    Side tip before walking into the interview.
    Know what SAP is,
    What ERP is,
    Learn what the product is and learn everything you can about it, all this info can be found on goggle and you tube.

    Its expected from someone apply to know what they are applying for.
