Turning down a job offer

I find myself in the unusual position of having received two job offers so obviously I have to reject one. If struggling to come up with an appropriate way of doing this. It's a 12 month contract and I've got a permanent contract somewhere else.

Just call them and tell them that you're not accepting the offer.

Just tell them exactly that. Happens all the time when recruiting for temp contracts.

Thank them for the offer and explain that a permanent job is too good to turn down. They will understand.

So sent an email thanking them and explaining I have been offered a permanent role which I can't turn down and that I hope to hear from Them in the future
