    Afternoon!

We're around the 10 day forecast for events like this, so hopefully there's something concrete available.

How are the short range models looking weather wise for the All Ireland football final on Sunday week?

Dry mostly a light shower not like 24 hours dark and damp currently in NW

ECM looks fine for the 17th currently. But its still too far away for any accuracy yet. It'll be Mon/Tues before a good guess can be made.

GFS on netweather.tv suggest fine and warm weather but I wouldn't bet my house on it yet.

Sunday seems a dry and sunny day in Dublin anyway.

    Thankfully!

Sunny in Mayo with a light shower of tears of joy, dry in Dublin with a dark cloud overhead.*

*Please note that this is not an official forecast, but rather a reflective mood of 31 counties! :P

May the best team win and it be a good game!

There were torrential downpours of sorrow last night in much of Mayo, with no let up in sight for at least 24 hours.:(:(

    What's another year. sigh
