Hi, Due to start a self build soon, i have insurance that covers the build with regards to flood,fire, theft subsidence etc. I'm also going to take out a public liability policy. I going direct labour. What else will i need. I'm not hiring anyone directly. What else would be recommended to take out, Thanks
