I just moved into a house with a quartz e7 immersion heater, and it worked fine for the last month. Last weekend I'd gone away, so I turned the timer off because it would be heating up for no reason. When I got back I turned it back on, but now the water doesn't heat anymore. it's been a few days, and I tried the booster as well, but nothing happened. The lights on the display work, the timer is set to the current hour. What could be the issue? Is there anything I can do before calling the landlord?
