    Hi all

Just wondering I'm planning on going to the gym with a friend I've no experience but there's a gym that only does courses, there would be two courses a more 1 on 1 type of course where there's only 5-7 and your all doing different exericses weights etc is it a good decision to do it for a month then atleast have an idea when going into a proper gym?
My diet is fairly good and just want to lose weight and gain some muscle at the mean time
I know it's probably best learning off YouTube but I'd like to get bit of experience before going in and that
    What ye think?
    Cheers

I think its a great idea. I learned most of what I know from YouTube videos online articles and books but a few sessions with a friend who knew what they were doing in the beginning really accelerated things. The number one priority of weight lifting is staying injury free so learn the techniques correctly and you'll have far more success.
